Competition:

Terms and Conditions .

 By entering, participants agree to these terms:   

• Eligibility:
  • The competition is open to residents of [South Africa] aged [5-16 years], excluding employees of Mindful Masterminds and their immediate families.
  • Participants must have permission from the individual(s) depicted in the photo (or their legal guardian, if under 18) to submit the entry.
• Entry:
  • To enter, participants must share the competition post, tag 5 friends, then upload a photo on their public social media profile (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) using the hashtag #GirlsCanDoAnything and tag @mindfulmastermindsza.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.
  • Entries must be submitted by [June 1 2024].
• Content Guidelines:
  • Entries must showcase a girl in a STEM related scenario (e.g. coding, experimenting, building).
  • Photos must be original and owned by the participant.
  • Photos must not contain any offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content.
• Judging:
  • Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme.
  • The judging panel will consist of representatives from Mindful Masterminds.
  • The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Winner Selection:
  • One winner will be selected from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter.
  • If the winner does not respond within [5] days of notification, another winner may be selected.
• Prize:
  • The prize is one Laptop (brand/model to be specified) to support the winner's education dreams.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
  • Mindful Masterminds reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
• Publicity:
  • By entering the competition, participants grant Mindful Masterminds permission to use their photo(s) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and marketing materials.
• General:
  • Mindful Masterminds reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating in the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg.
• Data Protection:
  • Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
